What we do
We have experience working with students with disabilities that affect their behavior in a school setting, including Autism Spectrum disorders, trauma, and other disabilities. Our training includes expertise in areas such as Autism, Girls with Autism, Social Thinking, Rage to Reason, Trauma and Behavior, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention/De-escalation. We can offer an outside perspective on a student's behavior by observing them, talking with the school team, and interacting with the student to create a plan to improve their behavior. Additionally, we can provide professional development to school staff to help them increase their awareness of effective practices.
